the location is convenient. it is steps from the canal and dotonbori's bright lights. shopping centers are also within a short walk.

the reception staff helped forward our luggage to the next hotel. they also quickly provided a sewing kit when i needed one. the lobby felt cute and clean i also appreciated being able to borrow an umbrella when it rained. it was definitely worth purchasing the lounge and breakfast package.

The hotel's location was ideal for exploring Dotonbori and Namba on foot. The breakfast included both European and Japanese food. The triple room provided enough space for three adults with standard Japanese luggage storage.

Housekeeping caused minor damage to my daughter's shoes though the reception addressed it quickly.
